It is a service that sends text messages to mobile phone numbers registered in the National Information Center and beneficiaries on the Absher platform.

This service allows to ensure that text messages are delivered to users and other notification services based on their mobile phone numbers.

The client avoids the problems of human errors and data manipulation during the data entry process.

Nabaa API

In the event of subscribing to the direct Nabaa service, the service will be set up in the form of a Service Web service so that the subscriber can connect with the service to be used directly through his own systems.

  • The Absher team sends the link proof to the client.
  • The content of the message is prepared by the customer, and then the message is sent to the Absher team "where it is reviewed by the Privacy Department" and if approved, it is approved for transmission.
  • If the content in the main message exceeds 70 characters, a supplementary message will be sent.
  • The Absher team is contacted to register the sender's name.
  • Verifying that messages reach users is verified by entering the ID numbers to which the message is to be inquired, and there are 6 types of methods that are explained in the linking method.
  • The ID numbers supported in the service are the national ID/residency number.

Connecting with the Nabaa service API

The connection with the direct Nabaa service is done by using the networking service (Service Web), where the Absher team is developing this service, based on what has been agreed upon with the client, so that the Guide Integration is then delivered to the client to connect its technical systems with service.

Nabaa Portal

In the event of subscribing to the Nabaa portal service, the customer must enter the Absher Business platform or send the authorized information to him so that the authorized user becomes the user of the service through the platform with his user name and password without the need to linkage.

Nabaa Portal Overview

It is an electronic portal that allows the customer to send text messages by providing and uploading the ID numbers of the beneficiaries on the Naba portal in the Absher Business platform. The Naba portal also allows the customer to reschedule the messages by changing the date and time for sending text messages to the beneficiaries. It also enables the customer's news portal to know the status of the sent messages and the reason for the failure (if any).

Service Overview: Nabaa Portal

  • Content is prepared for transmission by the customer, and then the message is sent to the Absher team, "where it is reviewed by the Privacy Department," and if approved, it is approved for transmission and installed on the platform.
  • The customer logs into the facility’s account in Absher Business, and the customer can add an authorized employee to use the Nabaa portal in his account in Absher Business.
  • The customer chooses "send a notification" to send the text messages, then the customer uploads an excel file containing (beneficiary ID numbers, variables) and chooses the message type and schedule.
  • The service processes data and sends text messages to beneficiaries.
  • The customer can know the status of sending a text message to the limit beneficiaries in the Nabaa portal, and the status of the text message to the beneficiary in the Nabaa portal is updated to (completed, canceled, suspended).
Message categories

The customer selects five categories for the contents of the messages sent through the commercial news service, for example (verification messages, reminders, etc.) with the addition of variables, if any.

What are the steps of the process?

  • The client system or the Absher Business platform sends the beneficiary ID number and the message form code number to Absher.
  • Absher verifies the validity of the ID number.
  • Absher verifies the existence of the mobile number registered in Absher with the National Information Center and provides the center with the content of the message.
  • The message is sent to the recipient's mobile phone.
  • The report is provided with that.
