Business Sawa is a prepaid calling service specially designed for business customers. It enables them to be in control of and save on mobile phone expenses of their employees. With this service, business customers can benefit from the best rates for one-net off-net calls, in addition to free calls minute within the group. You can recharge your Business Sawa service with Sawa recharge cards available throughout the Kingdom.

• The best rates for calls inside and outside the group.
• Control of mobile phone expenses.

You can receive free calling minutes and enjoy discounts on calling rates when subscribing to the Group feature for only SR 30 per month. You can subscribe to the Group feature by sending an empty SMS to the Business Sawa service - 3131.

In case you did not subscribe to the Group feature, you can use the Sawa service at our normal rates.

Activate Business SAWA:

• The service will be activated once it's been used (call, SMS, or Internet).
• To check your Business Sawa balance at any time dial *166# then press call or call 1500.

Business SAWA SIM validity period:

• Business Sawa SIM is valid for 60 days starting activation date.
• Business Sawa sim will be automatically deactivated after 90 days with no recharge.
• The SIM validity period shall be extended with every recharge based on the category.
